Even after careful consideration of a C.V. and a length interview process, it is always possible that you may not be entirely satisfied with an employee.  If you place a vacancy with plum appointments, then I guarantee that you will be totally satisfied with that employee or there will be no charge.  If the employee placed with you leaves within the first 90 days of employment, for any reason whatsoever, then plum appointments will refund the whole of the placement fee or replace that employee with no further charge.  You must be totally satisfied with your new employee and must feel that they are ideally suited for the position or we will replace them with no further charge!

Temporary Worker Commitment

If you are not totally satisfied with your temporary worker by the end of the first day of the assignment, then let us know and that worker will be replaced and there will be no charge for that first day.  You must be totally satisfied with the service that you receive from plum appointments before we can invoice you.
